1.0 How do you organize your notes?
As a student there’s a lot, you have to remember. Everything from that good tomato soup recipe to important notes about alliances during World War II/The Companies Act/anatomy etc. That’s why it’s a good thing note-organization programs exist.
You can consider note-organizing programs as an extension of your memory – a place where you can save and organize your information and ideas, and “oh, right”-notes.
Regardless which program you leave or this information to, ORGANIZATION of the information is key.
When you make sure to organize your notes optimally, not only do you increase the probability of taking more relevant notes, but you also increase the probability of reusing those notes later.
But how do you organize notes then?
Naturally you’ll want to be able to search all your notes at once, but they’re often linked in certain contexts that are important to include in your “suitcase of notes”.
That’s why a certain level of organization or structure can be an advantage.
Consider how YOUR structure or starting point should be. In the following section, this will be exemplified.
